Mexico, a country with a wonderful blend of European (mainly Spanish) and indigenous cultures, is famous for its beautiful ceramics (cerámicas) and weavings (tejidos). The textiles pictured are from Taxco, a lovely colonial town in the state of Guerrero, which is considered to be the silver capital of Mexico.
